  Domestic factoring refers to a comprehensive financial service which is designed by the factor (commonly it’s the bank or its subsidiaries), which applies to the goods sales and service delivery in the method of credit sales in domestic trade .

  Confirming storage

  Confirming storage is also called as supplier, distributor and bank business, which is another form of Delivery after Cash--- Delivery against Bank Guarantee is a credit model that the seller delivers the goods to the buyer in accordance with the instruction of the bank, and the seller bears the obligation of payment for the credit equivalent to the value of goods not yet shipped .

  Delivery after Cash

  Delivery after Cash means that the Bank makes payment in advance to the seller according to the purchase and sale contract between seller and buyer after the buyer obtains credit from Bank; the seller ships the goods in accordance with the provisions of the purchase and sale contracts and cooperation agreement, and entrust the bank (or the third party designated by the Bank)as the receiving agent; after the goods arrive at the port , the buyer will sign the pledge contract with the bank, and then the buyer redeem the goods after payment..
